The frank green Reusable Cup and Reusable Bottle is guaranteed from defects in materials and workmanship under fair wear and tear household usage for 12 months from date of purchase. If the Reusable Cup or Bottle is defective frank green reserves the right to either;
- Repair or replace the Reusable Cup or Reusable Bottle or any part of it that is defective; or
- Wholly or partly provide a refund
The frank green Reusable Cup or Bottle must be returned to the place of purchase with proof of purchase.
Warranty is void if the Reusable Cup or Bottle has been incorrectly used if care instructions have not been adhered to.
We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
