Beautiful, but I expected better

"Beautiful, but I expected better durability and functionality The bottle itself is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing, and it does a decent job of keeping my water cold. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by how easily the exterior was damaged. I dropped it once and it immediately ended up with a noticeable dent and scratch, which was surprising for a bottle designed for everyday use. I received the bottle bumper, which helps protect the base, but considering how easily the finish dents and scratches, I really wish there were a full-length protective sleeve or bumper option. I also have a few concerns with the lid design. While I like the convenience of the foldable straw attachment, I’m not sure how to thoroughly clean all of its small areas and would prefer a design that can be more easily taken apart for deep cleaning. Lastly, the carrying strap feels too thin for the weight of the bottle once it’s filled with water. It isn’t particularly comfortable to hold, and I wish it were wider and more substantial. Overall, it’s a very attractive bottle and I enjoy using it, but for the price, I expected better durability and a little more thought around cleaning and carrying comfort."
