"This might actually be the worst water bottle I’ve purchased ever…. my entire water spills over if I don’t close the lid all the way down I have never had a lid do that to me. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing because I’ve been wanting to try your water bottles for so long"

"Hello, the shipping time was great and the concept to the new flip straw is a lot better than the old straw it’s replaced. However, the latch that keeps the straw down has started to jam making it difficult to release it. It is only a few weeks old so I’m not sure about the longevity of this product."
"My only pain points are sometimes the flip straw lid gets a bit stuck as the tip is silicone so it bends. This also means it flicks when it opens and you get little droplets of water sprung at you. Also, I felt like it was not the most clear that the tip would be silicone. I can see now that it is in the description but perhaps another image from a different angle would be nice, as it does taste like silicone the first few days even after washing which was not ideal."
