"They sent a cup with no lid saying the lid is now out of stock ! It’s a white cup, Why would they not reach out and ask me if I want another colour because any color would work with white ! so now I have to call my credit card to tell them they charged me but did not send my full order. That’s theft! And there is no customer service phone number !"
